Three cheers, completes one decade on web

Dehradun: How fast the times flies! It seems like yesterday when we launched India’s fist city football website, But, we have completed one decade of our operation Today (10 August 2015). In these bygone ten years we had a chance to access the actual hurdle in the progress of Indian football. India’s struggler in FIFA ranking is man-made and till the All India Football Federation finds out a practical way to reach out the grassroots, nothing magical should be expected. Minnows like Guam will continue to defeat us and every time after facing such humiliation we will find some so called genuine excuses to run away from our responsibilities.

Why is Rajiv Mehta complaining?...
Dehradun: It appears the central government was forced to adopt a rigid stand on size of the contingent for the forthcoming Asian Games in South Korea, after closely studying the activities of Indian Olympic Association secretary general Rajiv Mehta. The Modi government cleared a 679-member contingent (516 athletes and 163 officials) as against 942 (662 athletes and 280 officials) proposed by the Indian Olympic Association. The move to send unnecessary baggage in the form of officials should be praised. Rajiv Mehta is himself to be blamed for the action as he took his friends and many unwanted people in the recently concluded Commonwealth Games in Scotland. The central government had to apply diplomatic pressure to drop charges against Rajiv Mehta and wrestling coach Virender Malik, after they were arrested by Scotland Yard. Mehta should first clarify what use were these people (mentioned in the list below) for the Indian contingent in the Glasgow Commonwealth Games....
